I’m Jessica, a therapist committed to helping you reconnect with yourself and build a sense of wholeness through a holistic, culturally responsive approach to trauma therapy. By focusing on the mind-body connection, I guide clients through gentle, somatic practices to release the emotional burdens they carry and develop resilience that spans generations.
