Sessions are typically held weekly, but we’ll work together to find a schedule that works for you.
How long will therapy take?
The duration of therapy depends on your unique goals and pace. Some clients find shorter-term support works well, while others may choose longer-term work for deeper healing.
What is Interpersonal Violence? 
Interpersonal violence refers to harmful actions or behaviors between people that cause physical, emotional, or psychological harm. This can include things like physical abuse, verbal or emotional abuse, sexual violence, or controlling behaviors within families, partnerships, and/or community.
